Hello, thank you for your question, we have no room on the ground floor and there is one stair to arrive at the first floor.

Is sauna 24hr access?

yes, except from 10am to 2pm when we are doing the cleaning.

Is parking available near the B&B?

Hello, we are in Venice centre, few steps from the Rialto bridge, you cannot enter the city of Venice with the car.

Allessandro was an AMAZING host, the communication was fantastic, he recommended lots of stuff to see and places to eat.
The property was very clean, nice and roomy and had everything we needed, breakfast was good and plentiful. Could help ourselves to coffee, fruit, water and warm pastries. Food was available to us even on our first day after a long and tiring day travelling, we really appreciate having that. The housekeeper did a great job of keeping the place clean and Alesandro was the best Host!
There was nothing to dislike!

Excellent
Managed to see most of the city in 1.5 days because of the great location of this accommodation. Alessandro is a great host, very informative and responsive. The room stayed cool in 35+ Celsius weather. Breakfast was tasty.
